Your flowers need some love and care to keep them blooming:

1. Unwrap your flowers and trim the stems on a diagonal

2. Place them into fresh water and keep them out of direct sunlight

3. Renew water every 3 days to keep them lasting for longer

Vase care: hand wash only. Our vases are water tight but we advise you to put a protective covering under the vase to protect your furniture. 

Due to our products being close to nature they may have some imperfections. We embrace these imperfections in each bunch and stand by our product 100%. 

We guarantee the highest quality of our products. If for any reason your order is damaged we will endeavour to fix up any issues. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess any damage. If not contacted within 24 hours of receiving the goods we reserve the right to not replace your order.
