Our full wedding planning package includes the following services:

- In person/call to talk through dreams for your day

- Venue selection- 3 venue options based on your dream day.

- Mood board + styling design - now we have discussed your dream day we will help to visually bring this to life.

- Quote gathering - Catering/Beverage/Bar Staff, photographer/videographer, furniture, lighting, crockery, linen, styling items, hair & makeup, music, celebrant, signage

- Site visits

- Floor plan/help with seating chart

- Runsheet creation

- On the day co-ordination - manage vendors and the run of your day to ensure everything is seamless

This service is designed to make your day run smoothly so you can enjoy every moment with your loved ones.

What is included:

Vendor communication - 4 weeks out from your date we take over all communication with vendors that you have booked. Ensure nothing has been missed when booking and that all vendors are aware of what’s required for your day.

Pre site visit – meet at the site/or we can call you in, to run through the plan for the day and discuss the floor plan.

Timelines – build a run sheet that will ensure that day is run professionally and to time.

Onsite - 9am -7pm plus 1 hour rehearsal the day prior.
